It feels almost a little plastic-y but it’s soooo warm and cozy and I LOVE the color. It says it’s women’s but had a guy in the picture so I went with the XL it’s a little big but nothing that makes it look bad. Good quality, light weight but still keeps you warm in New England winter. Love the pockets ,holds everything nicely. Definitely recommend if you want something warmer than a sweatshirt warm as a winter jacket with out the bulkiness of it.
