I am 6ft 5in at 210 pounds and the large tall fits great, because it is a carhartt it's made to have extra space inside for layering underneath. Its build for working, quality that lasts and staying warm. Everything about this sweater is very very well built , rugged and is very thick for a sweater, feels more like a jacket than a sweater which is excellent. And yes the inside is scratchy but It doesn't bother me at all. The zipper is brass and build for strength, heavy use and made to last. I paid seventy dollars for the large tall and after inspecting the quality of the sweater it's safe to say it will last for several years at least and longer if taken care of. Iv purchased alot of sweaters but the quality and ruggedness of this sweater for the price easily makes this the best sweater iv ever owned.
