Very comfortable. Just ordered a 2nd pair for my husband he loves them so much.My husband ordered these to replace his red wing boots for work he is a tree trimmer for edison so his boots need to hold up. We normally go for red wing and have always been happy with them but this brand has stuck out to us this year and we are impressed, They fit him perfect and are a good sturdy workbook. not only holding up the name of the company but continuing to impress me even moreOverall great, rubber on sole where the leather meets the bottom sole itself had a big crack. Was going to return, but needed them for work, cant return since they have been worn a few times. Just going to glue the crack and hope for the best. The rest is great, already had a pair of the same ones previously and they match the quality of the last pair besides the crack.Nice boot would order againNice work boots, well made, soft leather, & also good looking! Doesn't require much break-in time, & was fairly comfortable right out of the box.I gave these to my boyfriend who has wide with feet, as a gift, and he loves them...For wide shoes they are awfully narrow. Additionally the hardware on the loops sucks. Popped one in the second week of owner ship, 4th day of wear. They are not standard eyelets and appear to be cast pig iron from the dark ages, in other words crap metal. They are already boxed up and on the way back, otherwise I would have left a photo.If you mange not to break one of the eyelets and have 'narrower-wide' feet they should be great. Really impressed with the sole quality out of the box, appeared to be fantastic boots. I have owned a several pairs of carolinas with the traditional tie down eyelet and while having caught one I have never had one rip out entirely.Ordered one size larger and the length was perfect. They fit pretty snug (2E width) at first but broke in after wearing for a day. I really like these boots, they have good support and look good. I haven't worn them long enough to review their durability, but if I have any problems I'll update the review.
