Carhartt Women's CWP1150 Waterproof Steel Toe Work Boots - Durable Safety Shoes for Construction, Landscaping & Outdoor Work

I use these boots when I take the dogs out at night since I live in the country and never know what I might step on. I feel like my feet are protected from the dangers of the night lol. I definitely recommend wearing socks if you need to run in them…chasing your dog that got out of the yard without socks on will cause blisters…ask me how I know. I did size up half a size to accommodate for socks (that I apparently don’t wear). Not sure if a half size up will accommodate wool socks, but I probably won’t be wearing wool socks since I live in TX. Also, the boots are heavy so definitely work boots and not running boots. ?
