Will shrink after a few times in the dryer .It is so hard to find women’s FR clothing, let alone at a decent price! I ordered the 2XL in khaki since some people had mentioned in previous reviews that they tend to shrink. I definitely think the XL would have been a better fit, but them being loose once it hits 80 degrees in the summer will be just fine. These are very true to size for anyone who has worn Carhart clothing.My son is 12 and small for his age. However he is an awesome welding helper for our company and desires to learn to weld. Mom has to do everything to ensure he is safe and this shirt has worked out great for him!I typically wear a small and the small fit just perfect. Not too tight anywhere but also not too loose. Good quality shirt and actually looks like it was made for women, which is hard to find in FR shirts! Overall, happy with the purchaseI like it I use it for welding it fits and easy to move inNice fit. Got the navy blue which you can't really go wrong with. Good length and flattering cut for a women's shirt. Not a whole lot of options for FRC's, but this is as good as any other I've ever seen.The shirt is fine all except i hate the collar, no matter how many times i wash it, it sticks up weird and uncomfortablyNice fit
