They climb really well and look super slick. I do have a lot of confidence with them on most climbs. I bought half a size down from street shoe and they were *almost* too painful to break in. But I stuck with it and now they fit pretty well except that I learned my right foot is bigger than my left so it gets sore before the left does.My biggest gripe is that the heal box didn't conform to my heal as I had hoped it would. I don't know if it is just the shape of my foot that is weird, but I have had a hard time finding climbing shoes that don't have a bunch of extra room in the heal box. Not a deal breaker as it is only every once in awhile that I need a really good tight heal, but definitely something I will be looking for much more closely in my next pair of shoes.
