I’m 5’7” and hover around 138 lbs. These are very comfortable and one of the more form fitting + appropriate work pants I’ve tried but do get frustratingly loose throughout the daySo these are the only pants that fit me in comparison to the original fit Carhartt pants I bought from them. These are able to hug my curves but still be loose on my sides. The original fit Carhartt pants I bought which run the same size like these were just too loose. Maybe it's the jeans material? I have to say- Carhartt really needs to up their game for women in the logging, construction industry and I am very upset that I have to order these online and hope they fit me. I have things to do and sometimes I need to get my items asap. Carhartt should be selling women's pants in Dick's sporting goods, Big Five, or other places for working women where I can see if the pants fit me. I like their pants quality and it's an absolute shame that they aren't marketing towards women as much as men. I only bought these pants out of necessity and because they will arrive sooner than other pants that are double fronted. I will buy more from Carhartt if they sell them in stores! These are the only pants i need to own, my last pair lasted 5 years of being basically my only pair of pants.I am a construction worker. I got these because the slim fit Carhartt's I usually wear were discontinued. The closest substitute, in the exact same size were so small I could not button them! I almost changed brands, but Carhartt lasts and usually fits, so I tried again. My discontinued Carhartt's had lasted for years of daily abuse (for real). They are thick, hot and stiff ~ not wonderful in the sticky south! But I appreciated the quality and longevity. I am a big fan of the double front, but that only adds to the thick, hot and stiff...This variety are are soft and flexible... still hot, but a major improvement in comfort and softness. My first words when I put them on were "I can't believe it! They are actually comfortable!". I really like the fit and especially the comfort. I put my work pants through the wringer! I hope these last for years like my previous ones, but it is so nice to not be constantly "aware" of the stiffness, that I may forgive them if they last for slightly less time.Like other reviewers, I wish they were available in boot cut. Haha... I guess they think we wear these with pumps!I love everything about these jeans! They are thick, durable, and comfortable. They are a little big but very comfortable and can wear leggings underneath for winter. I am ordering again in one size smaller (8 long) because I like them that much. I have never thought women’s jeans could be cute, useful and comfortable until I wore these! Buy them -you won’t regret it.I am 6' tall, 32-33" inseam, size 12. I ordered a size 12T and they fit perfectly. Long enough! Very flattering and comfortable from the first. I thought that they might really look like "work pants" but I paired them with cute boots and cool top and went to dinner feeling good! I do wish they came in other washes or colors b/c I would buy another pair.I ordered a pair of similar style bibs and loved them. That's why I ordered these jeans. They are pretty much the same as the bibs; the same design, quality, material, etc. These are a must-have for any farm-her. A couple of things. When I put my measurements in, it said I needed a size 8. I knew I wasn't a size 8 so went with my instinct and bought the size down (4/6). These fit perfectly. Another piece of advice. I'm only 5'4", but I was told to order the tall when ordering the bibs, so I did with these jeans as well. I'm glad I did! Even if you are shorter, or your legs are not long, order the tall. You can always cuff but you can't make them longer.I love these jeans. Great for working in. Have nice stretch and are comfortable. I ordered the regular size to begin with but they were too short so returned and ordered the tall/long and they're a bit too long. I just tuck them into my boots and they're fine. I'm definitely keeping these. Just wish they had more colors.UPDATE: BEWARE CARHARTT CHANGED THE STYLE and these are no longer slim fit, they are now “relaxed fit” as per the tag when they arrived. What does that mean? It means the exact same pants, but they have been taken in at the waist by several inches. I put them on top of my original straight fit I bought last year as comparison. I will be returning the relaxed fit, since they fit great in the legs but are obviously super tight in the waist. This was the last pair of slim fit double front pants that carhartt offered for women. Guess I won’t be buying any carhartt products ever again.Original review:If you’re looking for a replacement for the discontinued “slim fit double front dungaree” I will tell you that these fit the same, and your size should translate. However the material isn’t quite as tough. We’ll see how they hold up.Pockets are weird bunch up in the front. Little too stretchy their Carhartt, mise well bought “jeggings” or ur utility leggings if that is the material I desired. Built tough tough though just fix those damn pockets. Make the pockets like you do for ur men’s pants, it’s not rocket science. Over all. Good pant. Carhartt just needs to get its original Jean material back.I actually love these. The fabric is a more rugged and thick, yet stretchy denim. The waist fits really well, with no back gap, and the leg length and fit on the thighs is perfect. I can squat down, bend over and work comfortably in these pants. Rare find.I bought these for work, they’re comfortable and adequately stretchy as needed. I do agree with previous comments about them not being made for work boots so due to the nature of my job, I either need to roll them up a bit or tuck them in my socks (I roll up) as they won’t fit and stay over the top of my work boots.Fit as expected. Love the jeans - can't miss with Carhartt!
