I had ordered this idem and was received on time and looked as it does in the picture but it is somewhat large. I recieved this as a gift last christmas in a size small being to big (but still wearable around the house) so this time around i decided to go with an XS which when recieved looks to be big as well when trying it on it was indeed to big. Out of curiosity I laid both the small and the xs one on top of the other and there was no difference and when I mean no difference i mean lined up perfectly to one and other. I did look at both of the tags also to make sure I did not purchase the wrong size and they were the right sizes. So for this I would say it is not true to size the sizes are bigger than they really are i would say both the small and xs are a medium.
