I'm a Medium shirt wearing guy. The size I bought was Medium, and it fit perfectly. Even on the length of the arms.I only gave a 4 star since I wish the jacket had Pocket Warmers too!I work in a Warehouse on midnights, so the chill factor for me, thin boned, is a major dislike. This jackets Battery life exceeds expectations while on Medium temp (white) and it does last for 7hrs when fully charged!..So, future reader, you, yeah you thinking that you may be occasionally chilly and not wanting 2 jackets to accommodate for 1 winter coat...see if you can find this same one, but with heated pockets! The brand is smooth and amazing with their designs so pay extra for that soft shell! The rain resistance will thank you!I was so excited to find a jacket like this - something that was for cold weather, not big and bulky, waterproof for the rain, hooded, and most importantly, heated. I would be able to brave our cold weather with the knowledge that I'd stay toasty warm without having to wear my ski jacket. I searched for some time and came across this jacket. The reviews when I started watching it were great and I finally bought it. It's a nice looking jacket. Even my wife made a comment about how much she liked it. It fit really well, I charged up the battery for the allotted time and put it on for a test try. I really, really wanted to like it, but when I turned on the heat, I could barely feel anything. I decided that it needed to warm up, so I kept it on high. Twenty minutes later, I still could barely feel any heat. I gave it another 10 minutes and decided that it was never going to heat up enough. I could feel slight heat if I was laying on my back, but it was clear that it wouldn't keep me warm outside in cold weather. Sadly, I returned the jacket and will continue my search for a heated jacket that actually warms you. If you don't care about the heat, then the jacket is nice. If you're buying it to keep you warm, then I'd pass and look for something else. Sorry Outcool.Jacket is great quality, has 3 heat settings, large voltage battery back, heats up very quickly. Jacket looks very nice and fits slim..not bulky at all.This is almost too perfect. My husband's hard time dealing with winter just started and so I wanted for him to have a different jacket that we never thought that existed until I was searching for a warm jacket. One of the first impression is that the black color is a neat pretty black color. second, it really warms. third, he loves it. We don't know how warm this will keep him when the weather drops really down. We will see it, so far, he thinks it is one of the warmest jacket ever had. We have electric blankets and we love those. I will post in the future how great this is when the weather drops to 30 and below.This is one of the best winter jackets I ever bought. Keeps me from melting when its 40-50 degrees outside, kept me warm and toasty in a 17 inch snow blizzard. The heater kept me warm and comfortable while shoveling snow for 2 hours, and I didn't come in drenched in sweat, nor freezing to my core. Great for repelling snow and hail. When it drops below 20 definitely need a warm hoody under it, but that's mostly for your arms. Have used this with a hoodie under it in negative degree wind temps and was fine.Bought this for my husband. The first coat the company shipped was the wrong size. I did have a jacket to give my husband for Christmas then had to take it back and return it. Second coat came quickly and was the correct ordered size. He loves this coat. He even loves how the button on the chest glows red when hot.Long lasting batteries, easy to charge. Great fit and cut of jacket.Great jacket for the winter time and working outside it does its part when trying to stay warm dislike the material is thin but a good durability but just wish it was a little thicker.Ready to order the third one of these heated jackets for our family members. My husband brags about his to everyone; he loves it for fishing and working outside in the cold. Got one for my son who works outside and now ordering one for my son-in-law. My husband is on his third winter with his. Still going strong!
